1. Penggunaan kali pertama, CD dan Insert hendaklah dibasuh tanpa sabun. CD sekurangnya 2x manakala Insert sekurangnya 3x. Kenapa ? Membuang sisa kotoran pengilang dan menambah baik daya serapan fabrik terhadap cecair


2. Masukkan insert ke dalam pocket diaper dan selaraskan sz yang bersesuaian

3. Untuk penggunaan siang hari boleh gunakan sekeping insert, manakala malam ialah 2 insert. 1 insert boleh tahan 3-4 jam.

Jadual berikut boleh dijadikan rujukan :
7-10 pg : 1 helai cd + 1 insert
10-1 tg : 1 helai cd + 1 insert
